Chambray shirt: Target
Polka dot cardigan: Plato's Closet
Green jeans: Old Navy
Leopard flats: Target
Floral scarf: gift
I wore a very similar outfit the other day with my red jeans. The remixing is really starting as I get closer and closer to the end of my 15x15 challenge. I can't believe it's almost over!
As you can probably tell from these pictures, it was crazy windy when I took these pictures. My scarf almost completely blew off my neck! This was really the only picture that came out well enough to use. I don't know what it is about Texas that makes it so much windier than California (or any other place for that matter), but it really is. I'm almost thinking about safety pinning my scarf next time to make sure it stays in place.
Have you ever tried something like safety pinning a scarf when the wind gets out of control?

It's definitely frustrating when the wind ruins a nice picture.

Thanks! This scarf actually used to be my mom's but I liked it so much she gave it to me. I've found a lot of great scarves at thrift store though. So if you're ever looking for a great scarf that's a great first place to look! Thanks for stopping by!

Aww thank you!
DeleteWe had gale force (think hurricane) winds this week here in Scotland but I guess I just hold on to everything when that happens. Not sure if a safety pin would survive :)

Wow, I hope everything is ok there. I think I would have to give up on my scarves for fear of losing them in that kind of weather. I hope you're able to stay inside as much as possible. Thanks for stopping by!
